Having grown up in a family of hoteliers, Helga Fink was born with a love of hospitality. Since then, she’s put her heart and soul into ensuring the well-being of her guests every day – first in her parents’ business, the four-star Sport & Wellnesshotel Quellenhof resort, and she has been managing our five-star hotels in South Tyrol with great passion with her husband Richard since 2009.
Hobbies: being close to nature, hiking, wellness, reading, gourmet food & golf.
After completing his hotel management training on Lake Garda, Richard Fink ran the Hotel Dolomitenblick in Klobenstein on the Ritten plateau for over three decades until 2007. Today, he lives out his passion for hospitality in our luxury hotels in South Tyrol.
Hobbies: cycling, jogging, telling jokes.
Daniel Fink completed his training at the Kaiserhof hotel management school in Merano in 2009 – at almost exactly the same time as our five-star hotels opened in South Tyrol. This was followed by him successfully qualifying as a sommelier and master of cheese. In the evenings, he has been spoiling our guests since then with excellent wines and cheeses from his own range and a high-quality selection from South Tyrol and other regions.
Carina has been a stalwart of the Andreus Resorts team since well before her wedding to Daniel in 2023. Since graduating from hotel management school in Merano, she, too, has aimed for nothing but the best for her guests. As well as being a friendly face in the hotels, Carina is also involved behind the scenes in marketing. Daniel and Carina are also a close-knit team away from the Andreus and share a passion for golf, travelling and good food.
After completing his training at the Kaiserhof hotel management school in Merano in summer 2015, Michael Fink started out by running the cosy four-star Hotel Sonnenalm with his parents. Since 2017, he’s also been a permanent fixture at the Golf Lodge, where he looks after the well-being of our guests. In his free time, Michael can be found on the golf course, behind the wheel of fast cars or in the hotel’s own wine cellar.
As a graduate of the hotel management school in Merano, Elena enriches the team at the Golf Lodge as a charming hostess and is on hand to help and advise our guests. In February 2024, Michael and Elena’s happy family life was complete with the arrival of baby Sofie.
