FINKI’S® – Daniel Fink Selection

Modern, lively and outstanding quality. The “FINKI’S® – Daniel Fink Selection” range is a unique project in South Tyrol that delights wine lovers and foodies alike. The collection includes selected wines and grappas that Daniel Fink has created in collaboration with the Kornellhof winery and the Passeier-based Wezl distillery. The aim was to develop innovative spirits with an exceptional flavour. The new wine creations and spirits consist of a Merlot and a Pinot Blanc as well as a grappa and apple brandy made from Fuji apples.

FINKI’S cheese line

It’s a match: the wines of the FINKI’S® – Daniel Fink Selection and the exquisite cheeses from Degust created by Hansi Baumgartner. The two South Tyrolean gourmets Daniel and Hansi have joined forces to give the seal of quality in South Tyrol a whole new flavour.

The cheese line they have created comprises two varieties:

FINKI’S raw cow’s milk cheese
Semi-hard cheese made from raw cow’s milk, refined with vine leaf and beeswax
FINKI’S raw goat’s milk cheese
Semi-soft cheese made from raw goat’s milk, refined with hay from the Passeier Valley

You can taste all FINKI’S products in the wine shop. The cheeses are also available at the buffets, and the grappa and the gin can be sampled at the bars of the Andreus Resorts.

FINKI’S Gin

FINKI’S Gin reflects the richness and flavour of the Mediterranean and the Alps. It’s a clear, powerful elegy to South Tyrol. Daniel Fink has worked with the Walcher Estate Distillery to create a gin with fresh and fruity accents from Mediterranean fruits. This Mediterranean flavour is combined with spicy, fiery notes of special Alpine plants to create a complex taste experience. Try it for yourself.
