The local recreation area with fish pond at the Sandwirt is accessible to locals and guests alike. Children playfully try to catch their first fish, supported by their parents. You can fish here during opening hours with a day ticket (approx. €15 for up to four fish), you don’t need a fishing licence or test. Fishing rods can be hired on site and bait is also available to buy. Families and older guests in particular can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing day on an active holiday in South Tyrol thanks to the easily accessible terrain. You can access the fishing pond comfortably by bike (free hire at the Andreus Resorts) or on foot from the hotel, along the Passer river in all cases.
