The beauty department ‘Vital-Spa’ in the partner hotel Andreus is open daily from 09.00 to 19.00 pm. Appointments can be made directly at the beauty reception in the Hotel Andreus or at the Sonnenalm reception.

Yes, our restaurant features several different areas. We do our best to honour table requests, but cannot always confirm them.

At Andreus and Sonnenalm, we pay attention to seating couples and families with small children in separate restaurant areas whenever possible

Your suite will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate the suite by 11 am on the day of departure.

Baby monitors are available free of charge. Please contact the reception, and we will be happy to provide one for you.

Prices are updated daily on our website with best-price guarantee. Prices vary depending on the season, length of stay and current capacity. For you, this means that the earlier you book, the cheaper it is!

The hotel offers a bike rental service:

• Mountain Bikes: free of charge

• E-Bikes: for a fee (€30 for the full day, €25 from 2:00 pm)

Free caddy boxes are available for your golf equipment at Hotel Andreus and the Golf Lodge. Reservations can be made at the reception.

• Up to six weeks before arrival: no costs
• Six to four weeks before arrival: 20% of the room rate
• Four weeks to four days before arrival: 70% of the room rate
• Up to three nights before arrival and in case of early departure: 100% of the room rate

Room cancellations are only valid if made in writing. The cancellation costs also apply if the rooms are subsequently filled for part or all of the period. Cancellation fees will also be charged if you change your booking.

We welcome dogs.

€30 per night (without food) and, if required, €40 for final cleaning. There are a few things to bear in mind to ensure that you and your four-legged friend have a relaxing and restful stay, so we’d like to tell you about our animal services and our house rules!

Leads
We ask you to keep your dog on a lead throughout the entire hotel area to avoid run-ins with other dogs and to avoid disturbing other guests.
Dog service at the reception. Whether you need an excursion destination, walking route or an appointment with the groomer or dog sitter – we’ll be happy to help you.

Hotel rooms
We’ve prepared a dog blanket for your pet in your hotel room, which you’re welcome to take home with you as a small gift. You’ll also find a water and food bowl, which are property of the hotel and not intended to be taken away. We ask for your understanding that any damage to furniture, doors, carpets etc. caused by your dog will be charged. If you leave your dog alone in the room – please use the “NO” sign. This means that none of our employees will enter the room. (The room will also not be cleaned if your dog is alone in the room).

Restaurant area
Please understand that dogs are not permitted in the general restaurant area.

Tip: By prior arrangement, you can take your dog with you for breakfast and dinner in Finki’s Stube at the Golf Lodge or in the lounge of the Hotel Sonnenalm (subject to availability).

Wellness area
For hygiene reasons, dogs are not permitted anywhere in the wellness area (pool and sauna area) or on the sunbathing lawns.

On the hotel grounds
In general, we ask you to ensure that the hotel grounds are kept clean and to remove any soiling immediately. You can use the free poop bags available in the underground carpark and around the hotel. Please understand that dogs must be kept on a lead and not left unattended.

Dog play area
The Passerdammweg starts directly from the hotel, where there is a large meadow and an ideal dog-walking path. Here your four-legged friend can let off steam, run and play.

On the golf course
Dogs on a lead are allowed on the Passeier.Meran golf course.

You’re also welcome to invite friends to the Andreus Resorts by prior arrangement! We charge €40 for the breakfast buffet, €65 for dinner and €105 for sauna and swimming including towels and bathrobe (day spa).

Changing rooms and lockers are available.

Children’s prices apply to children staying in a room with two full-paying adults.

Without room, bookable on request only and in combination with breakfast (€150 per person) or dinner (€175 per person).

Yes, we offer a laundry and ironing service for an additional fee. You will find a laundry bag in your wardrobe; alternatively, you can request one at the reception at any time.

For fire safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot provide irons in the suites. However, we will be happy to take care of the ironing for you – quickly and reliably for a small fee.

Yes, the Hotel Golf Lodge offers a modern indoor golf facility. The indoor putting green and the Trackman golf simulator are available to guests of all three hotels.

You can enjoy many interactive mini games and various virtual sports activities.

We accept no liability for left or forgotten items. If we find left or forgotten items, we will be happy to send them back to you at cost price.

Reservations and cancellations are only valid upon receipt of your written order and a subsequent confirmation from us.
