Enjoy wellness & yoga at our hotels
Since the opening of our yoga hotels in South Tyrol in 2009, we have continually expanded our yoga and relaxation programme as a part of our active and fitness programme. Thanks to the trusting cooperation with yoga teacher and shiatsu therapist Angelika, we were able to create an offer in the Andreus Resorts that will give your holiday just the right amount of yoga. Angelika completed her yoga training 32 years ago. 10 years ago, she was commissioned by the host family Fink to plan the first yoga room in the future yoga hotel in South Tyrol – the first in the Alps – and has been a part of the team ever since.
Already after the first year, the yoga room became too small which is why we created a yoga temple on the rooftop terrace of the Hotel Andreus – a place of peace and retreat in our yoga hotel in South Tyrol. The guests wanted even more yoga classes during their holidays and so the Andreus Yoga Weeks were created, which have been an integral part of our yoga hotels in South Tyrol ever since. During several weeks of the year, 4 yoga sessions are offered daily. Outside the yoga weeks, up to 6 sessions per week take place as a part of our active programme.

A delightful holiday at the Yoga Hotel in South Tyrol
In the panorama restaurants of our yoga hotels in South Tyrol, on the 5th floor of the Andreus and at the bathing pond of the Golf Lodge, your palate will be spoiled with South Tyrolean delicacies. We take great care to ensure that the products we process come from Passiria Valley and that they are sustainable. The kitchen team of our yoga hotels in South Tyrol also specialise in conjuring up creative vegan and vegetarian menus for guests.
In addition to yoga, we also offer you a weekly herbal hike with an herbal expert during your holiday. During the hike, you will get to know the various regional wild herbs, collect them, and receive explanations about their effect and use. Afterwards, you will make a smoothie or herb quark from the herbs and taste everything. Can you already tell how relaxing a stay in our yoga hotels in South Tyrol can be?
Scents – a holiday in the name of yoga & meditation
At the Andreus Resorts and around our yoga hotels in South Tyrol, there are many natural aromas and fragrances that give you a deep sense of well-being: the fresh mountain air, the scent of the meadows and forests… Inside our yoga hotels in South Tyrol, there are several fragrant highlights: the hay beds in the panorama relaxation room are filled with hay from South Tyrolean mountain meadows. This hay comes from natural Alpine meadows at an altitude of approx. 2,000 m, where a large number of Alpine grasses and herbs grow.
The sauna infusions that the infusion world champion Helli and his team carry out for the guests of our yoga hotels in South Tyrol give you very special scent experiences. The fragrances for the infusion shows are carefully selected to match the various themes. There is also a guided fragrance journey twice a week with sauna master Jens in the Panorama relaxation room.
