You can expect: A mix of classic Pilates/Mat Pilates, yoga elements, and targeted mobility and flexibility exercises with a focus on core strength and posture. Pilates for all levels.
In addition, you can look forward to a diverse activity program including a guided hike, Acqua Fit, Hyrox, yoga, meditation, and much more. This is complemented by healthy, balanced nutrition.
Included is the 3/4 board (breakfast buffet, afternoon snack, dinner), as well as access to the wellness and fitness area, a diverse weekly activity program, and much more.
